We’re a breakfast family. Nothing happens without it.
I started making these breakfast cups when I realized I needed something quick to grab.
Since steel cuts oats seem to TAKE FOREVER, I cook ’em Sunday.
It’s always blueberries for the topping, but if I have a ripe piece of stone fruit (like I did this week) it goes in too 🙂
Don’t think this is hubby’s fare — HE’S A MAN — and this is kin to RABBIT FOOD. He has a REAL MAN BREAKFAST — ALWAYS EGGS — and if I’m feeling generous — there’s diced pan-fried potatoes — and if he is REALLY, REALLY GOOD — A MUFFIN!!
