It’s Berry Time. It’s Berry Time!! (I’m putting these babies in my morning parfait.)

Antioxidant central here at the house…I’m loading up my morning bowl with Berries — plus a little banana, steel cut oats — and fortified coconut milk (getting in my calcium.)

My morning drink — this is 4 cups water — VITAMIXED — with about 5 ounces of cucumber and 1 teaspoon ginger. (Cucumber is rumored to keep the mosquitos at bay.) Anyone hear that?
